What you bring

One process. That is the whole homework.

  • One process that eats your week, in your words. Invoices, intake, scheduling, the Monday report, the questions you answer ten times a day.
  • Roughly how many people touch it and what systems it lives in. Microsoft 365, Google, a practice or ERP system, spreadsheets. All fine.
  • The thing you are nervous about. Data, mistakes, cost, or that your team will not use it. Say it; it goes on the plan.
What you leave with

A one-page plan with a number on it.

What to automate first

One process, named, with the human checkpoint drawn in. And the two we would do next.

What it would take

Which systems it touches, what permissions it needs, what stays out of any model, and how long it takes to be live.

What it would cost

A range you can take to your partners, in writing, and the no-build alternative if that is the honest answer.

What we would leave alone

Part of every plan. If a wrong answer is expensive and hard to catch, it is not a first automation, and we say so.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon a week.

Thursdays, 1 to 3 PM Eastern. Four half hours. First come, first served.

  1. 1

    Reserve a half hour

Pick a Thursday below. Mark confirms by email within a business day. Video or phone, your choice.

  2. 2

    Talk for thirty minutes

No slides. Mark asks what eats your week, what runs it today, and what good would look like. You do most of the talking.

  3. 3

    Get the one-page plan

Within two business days: first automation, what it takes, what it costs, what to leave alone. It is yours either way.

Built by GitoTech

Everyone says they know AI. Here is what we have built.

From an EMR-grade medical AI built from scratch to a week-long Airtable workflow. Real systems, built by the engineers who also run the IT they run on.

Medical AI

The clinician talks. The note writes itself.

Built from scratch for outpatient therapy: speech to a coded, signed-ready note, every unit checked against the payer’s own rules, with the citation. Not yet released, and already the standard we hold client work to.

Document chatbot

Answers only from your files.

Retrieval over SharePoint and PDFs, every answer names its source, and it respects who is allowed to see what. If it is not in the documents, it says so.

Agent

Reads the invoice. Stops at the exception.

An intake agent that enters invoices, matches them to purchase orders, flags the one that does not match, and waits for a person. Nothing moves money alone.

Small workflow

Intake to follow-up, in Airtable, in a week.

For a small team: a form, an AI step that sorts and drafts the reply, a person who approves, a Monday summary nobody has to assemble.

This site

GitoBot. You are talking to one.

Grounded in this site, honest about what it does not know, and able to book you half an hour with Mark. Built the way we build for clients.

This site’s marketing

Agents write, film and schedule our posts.

Every week agents we built draft the posts, generate the pictures and video, and queue them. Mark approves from his phone. The same pattern runs client processes.

Reserve your half hour

Pick a Thursday.

Tell us the process and the half hour that suits you. Mark confirms by email. Or lock a time on the calendar right now.

Free. No slides, no pitch, no newsletter. Mark replies within one business day to confirm.

Everything tech, one team

We love to talk tech. All of it.

AI that does real work. IT that just works. Hardware at partner pricing. Most people walk in through one door and find the other two.

Build AI

AI that does real work.

Agents inside the processes you already run, Copilot set up safely, and full applications when nothing off the shelf fits.

Medical AI built from scratch. A document chatbot that cites its source. Agents that run this site’s own marketing.

How we build AI →

Run your IT

IT that just works.

Helpdesk, computers, network and security on one monthly plan, with a CTO in the room. The same engineers who build the AI.

A person picks up. Backups restored on a schedule. Permissions checked before Copilot sees a file.

How managed IT works →

Buy the gear

Hardware at partner pricing.

Laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi, firewalls, phones and licensing, sized by the engineer who installs them. One written quote.

Authorized: Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, Dell, HP, Lenovo. You do not have to be a client to ask.

Not sure which door? Start with AI Office Hours with Mark. It is free, it is thirty minutes, and it ends with a written plan.

Fair questions

Before you book.

Is it really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes and the one-page plan cost nothing. We do it because the plan is a better pitch than any pitch, and because about half the people who come in leave with a plan they can act on without us.
Who is it for?
Owners, operators and office or practice managers at companies of roughly 10 to 100 people, anywhere in the United States. If you have been told to "look into AI" and do not know where to start, this is where.
What if our problem is not really AI?
Then the plan says so. Often the first fix is permissions, a backup that has never been restored, or a network closet. Mark has run technology for very large companies and very small ones; he will tell you what he would actually do.
We already have an IT provider.
Fine. Office hours is about one process, not about replacing anyone. If the plan needs your provider to do something, it says what, in plain English, and you can hand it to them.
Who is Mark?
Mark Orciuoli founded GitoTech in 2014 after running enterprise technology for Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. He and the GitoTech engineers have built medical AI from the ground up, document chatbots, intake agents and the assistant on this site.

We love to talk tech. Thursday afternoons, we talk about yours.
